1. SMS Messaging Program

Historic Tomahawk sends SMS messages to guests with active reservations who have explicitly opted in to receive text messages. Messages are intended to improve guest communication and may include booking confirmations, arrival instructions, check-in and check-out information, reservation updates, property notifications, and responses to guest questions or requests during their stay. Message frequency varies based on the guest's reservation and interactions with the property.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and explicitly opting in through the designated SMS consent process, you agree to receive reservation-related and guest care text messages from Historic Tomahawk. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of making a reservation or purchasing any services.

3. Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to a message from Historic Tomahawk. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again.

4. Help and Customer Support

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you by Historic Tomahawk and messages you send to us. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy and Mobile Information

Historic Tomahawk respects your privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information, including consent records, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Such information will be used only in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.
